Wow, I’ve been busy, sorry for how late this is! So, “Our True Lies”, how was it for you? Did you need a post-coital cigarette (so to speak) afterwards, or a large bottle of whiskey to drown your sorrows. As ever, please let us know!

i definitely needed a cigarette after! even from the first two minutes of the episode, you could feel this ep has something different; everything seems in its place, the new gang feels good together, no more old cast characters to take the light from the students (of course, except turk and dr cox, but their story did not take too much attention; and still, it would be awkward not to have old cast members at all).

i really enjoyed the plot, the writing of the characters, learning new stuff about them. i especially loved the “i love you” scene with drew and denise:) lovely!

also, the other students covering for lucy, that was something that makes these characters grow on you.

it was so good to see a little bit more of the todd:)) he simply couldn’t have missed being on the show with a lesbian patient.

don’t know about others, but for me, this episode was definitely the best one of the [Med School]. till now that is! i just hope they will have a chance to do more with these characters in another season, now that the new gang looks and feels good on screen, and they start to really grow on people.

hungry for more! let’s hope the next (and last) three episodes will be at least as good as this one was!:) thank you scrubs

I agree, the new cast is finally coming together, and the episodes without JD have been getting better and better. It’s ironic, I remember in previous years the talk about Zach Braff leaving Scrubs, and how could the show survive without him, and at least for this new incarnation, it works better without him.

This was one of the best episodes of the season (I think the best still goes to 909) and for the first time, I really enjoy seeing this new gang. Even Lucy and Cole were enjoyable this time. This is what should’ve happened when the season started, not ten episodes in. It’ll be a shame if it’s canned because they’ve showed signs of getting better.

This was one of the better episodes to date. The newbies seem to be pulling together. I’d like to see them mentor up to Denise more. She’s more belligerent than Cox now.

Lucy is too much like a female J.D., but then again, Dr. Cox always said J.D. was a girl, so then she IS J.D.

It seems they have been over-doing the “thinking scenes” in the past few episodes, but this one had the right balance.

The characters need to be more defined. Lucy is all over the place, more-so than JD ever was. Drew and Denise have their boundaries set, which now gives way for threshold crossing scenarios.

The series is also missing the bad guy. There is no bad guy. We all know that Dr. Cox is not REALL-EAAA EAAA LLY the bad guy. Kelso and the Janitor were the mischief makers. Kelso is now a “good” guy, and the Janitor retired to some mid-west farming town. The security guys just don’t cut it.

They are also missing a “whipping’ boy… Ted. Somebody we can all say our lives are better than.

They definitely can use the Todd more, and maybe bring back Doug. I’d like to see The Todd have a group of “followers”, Toddians, part of the “High 5″ club.

I know you may think, doing all this would just make the same show. It won’t, new characters will have their own personalities… besides it was that chemistry that made the show great.
